Instruction：
2-5cm from the surface of the newborn`s abdomen,put umbilical cord at the valley bottom of the two clamps,clip the finger-shaped notch on each side of the clamp seat by forefinger and middle finger separately,press the panel of the movable plug by thumb;push the movable plug,and cut the umbilical cord by the razor integrated on the clamp seat,the two ends sealed by the two clamps as soon as the umbilical cord separated;the ivory clamp leaves the clamp seat while seals the umbilical cord on the newborn;to get rid of the other parts of the instrument;pull the movable plug to collect the umbilical blood;the green clamp opens,which sealing the umbilical cord on the placenta,then the blood sample ready for laboratory.
